This policy explains what information Right Call Sites collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Business information you share or that's publicly listed (business name, phone, email, services, Google rating), used to build your preview and website.
Billing information, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Quote-form submissions on our clients' websites (name, phone, address, message). These are sent to the business owner and kept only as long as needed to run the service.
Basic site statistics such as page visits and button taps, collected without tracking individuals across other websites.

How we use it

To build and run websites, send monthly reports, handle billing, respond to you, and occasionally contact businesses about our service. We don't sell personal information.

Emails from us

If we email you about our service, every message includes a way to opt out. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we'll stop.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Google Workspace (email) and GoDaddy (domains). They process data only to provide their services.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or remove a website preview, by emailing luke@getrightcallsites.com.
