These terms cover the website subscription offered by Right Call Sites ("we," "us"), a trade name of Moonstone Holdings LLC. By subscribing, you agree to them.
For $149 per month we provide a custom website for your business, hosting, security (HTTPS), uptime monitoring, backups, reasonable small edits (usually completed within 1–2 business days), and a monthly performance report. If you need a domain name, we register one in your business's name at no extra cost while your subscription is active.
We may build a preview of your website before you subscribe. Previews are free and carry no obligation. We remove a preview on request.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry and notify you; we may pause your site if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
You can cancel anytime from your billing page or by emailing us. Your website stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees. Because each month is used as it's paid for, we don't give refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
You own your business name, logo, photos and text, and you give us permission to use them on your website. You own your domain. If you cancel, we'll help transfer it to you and can provide a copy of your site's files on request.
Your website may not be used for anything unlawful, misleading or infringing. You're responsible for making sure the information you give us (services, licenses, prices, claims) is accurate.
We work to keep your website online at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. If your site goes down, we'll work to restore it promptly.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
We may update these terms or our price with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing your subscription after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
